1) Contact us by phone, text, or email to let us know which property you are interested in.

2) We will take down your information and send you an application and screener by email.

3) Once the application comes back, we will help you schedule a self-viewing (see below).

4) Once you have seen the interior, and you are ready to move forward, we will prepare a lease which you recieve by email and review and sign digitally at your own convenience.

5) You fund the initial move-in costs via turbotenant or zelle.

6) You get your keys. Congratulations on your new home!

This approach allows you to explore our rentals at your own pace and on your schedule, without the need to coordinate with a landlord or property manager. We believe that self-showings empower you to make an informed and confident decision about your future home, ensuring that you have ample time to assess every detail without feeling rushed. 

Plus, in an age where safety and privacy are paramount, self-showings grant you the opportunity to visit properties without the presence of others, reducing health concerns and intrusive interactions. Katonti conducts thorough background checks on potential tenants, including credit history, criminal records, and employment verification.
